My colleague and I stumbled across OpenCoffee Club last April, and we were instantly impressed with the concept and wanted to start OCC Pittsburgh.
Our first 5 meetings have been a great success as we have had the opportunity to meet many budding entrepreneurs and local investors in various coffee shops in and around Pittsburgh.
Our next meeting will be Friday, August 10th (9am) at the Coffee Tree Roasters on Walnut St. in ShadySide. We hope to see you there.

Every designer is an editor. By editing our work we transform it to new work. We refine, restructure and reconceive, all through the act of editing what we have made before. When we use digital media, we edit by changing the objects the medium supports. We might move lines, shape surfaces and carve solids. To be honest this (Open Coffee Club) is a pretty cool place to be.
I've been looking to establish an online blog/presence on a social networking site for a while, but the likes of Myspace and Facebook just weren't what I was looking for.
I may go down that way further down the line, but the opportunity to connect with likeminded/business focussed individuals is really cool.
I'm going to try my best to keep this updated on a regular basis, sharing my experiences…

As a developer, I try to look past the marketing hype and parellel commentary to see through to the heart of the issue. The rapidly expanding mobile marketplace -- a true platform for information dissemination. Sure their have been smart phones…

Hi,
my name's Marc and I'm the Group Director of Seven, an online and print magazine based in the UK.
I'm currently looking for the right investment to secure the future of a project and would love to meet anyone who can offer advice or help.
I've been working on the project for nearly three years and it has been an amazing experience.
When we secured an interview with Christian Bale, having only been online for six months, it reinforced my belief that this…
