At the young age of 27, Richard embarked on a life-altering adventure, relocating to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the largest call centers in San Jose. Armed with a blend of motivational public speaking and tactful rhetoric, he imparted his knowledge to over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers.
But there's more to Richard than just call centers! He boasts the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America, integrating gamification seamlessly into CCC's culture.
Serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center since 2008, Richard Blank has not only been a driving force in the industry but also a source of inspiration for countless professionals.
