Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Computer Engineering graduate or advanced Computer Engineering student.
• English 80% or above.
• Available to work on schedules that may vary from mornings, weekends and late afternoons.
• Confident and friendly personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Network security and overall networking knowledge (CCNA, CCNA Security, desirable)
• Proficient on Microsoft office.
• Knowledge of network cabling and wireless routers setup.
• Experience working with UNIX systems.
• WordPress CMS knowledge.
You will also be responsible for relocating workstations if necessary, replacing internal or external faulty PC components, etc. Also, we have a variety of internal work tools that you need to learn how to use in order to assist our end users and customers, for this reason you need to be able and open to learn and master new skills.
Resolving hardware and software issues from local end users and from our external clients.
Creation of usernames and passwords, password resets. Entering new employee's information or updating current employee information to our local system, etc.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of:
• Windows workstations.
• SIP hard phones and softphones.
• Computer video cards.
• Specific programs on PCs.
• Linux and Windows servers.
• Applications running on Linux and Windows servers.
• Network hardware such as switches, routers and wireless routers

• Servidores Linux y Windows.
• Hardware de red, como conmutadores, enrutadores y enrutadores inalámbricos.
• Instalación y enrutamiento avanzado de dispositivos Cisco.
Resolución de problemas de hardware y software de usuarios locales y de nuestros clientes externos.
Conocimientos requeridos: JavaOS, Linux, NT 4.0, UNIX, VMS, Windows, Firebird, Interbase, SQL Server, Servidores de E-mail, Servidores Web, Networking, Tecnología de la información, Redes, Administración de sistemas.
