The Prism concept is to focus on ideal client customers in ideal industries and to align the client organization (different colors) such that they produce highly focused pure white light play in the marketplace (deliver the highest customer business value and position the client company to be the industry leader).

Errol: thanks for your note.. currently our priority is to obtain (as quickly as possible) seed funding to continue our technology development initiatives beyond our prototype stage and into Beta (live). We'd certainly like to speak with you once the timing is right - all available financial resources are being poured into the development to keep it going until we secure additional outside financing. Should you know of anyone who'd be interested in speaking with us about funding initiatives, please feel free to contact me directly: 310 498-0306

Lets keep in touch so when the time is right we can continue the evaulation of the Prism concept and how it might help Service Omni.

Regards

Jim
