Over the years I've watched lots of friends and peers come up with great ideas for all sorts of new businesses or technologies...and came up with a few myself.

It's no surprise that many of them never got past the 'idea' stage. Then, no doubt months later you'd read of a new website offering a service or technology 'just like' what they had had in mind.

The challege is always the same.

The idea is only a small part of the journey. now, ask anyone...how do I get from Idea to Success? Well, of course no one can easily answer that question in a catch all way.

Now consider this:

Many of us consult mentors and business coaches and most of us keep journals. All of us bounce ideas off of friends and colleagues.

We've created www.ideasonbusiness.com as an experiment in combining all of those actions together in one place.
The purpose of the community is to bring together a group of people who want to see their business ideas turn into something real, a success. By collaborating with friends and peers and writing about our successes and failures at each step of the way, to create a means to help us keep our focus and determination over time.
