starting up animation studio

hi i am vishnu mehra from bangalore. i want to open a animation studio here. as we all know india is very fast developing nation today and animation is one sector where we have to work a bit more hard. i want to aim and target the gaming and the mythological sector. can anyone please suggest me the first step i need to take to start my own venture in animation. who will be the clients and how can i contact them?
