CSA Partners is a Scandinavian compliance solutions provider targeting European listed companies to help them manage insiders lists and inside information cases. The product helps listed companies to comply with Market Abuse Directive and Stock Exchange Rules. We are currently active in Scandinavia and planning to start activities in UK.

Potential customers are:
1) Listed companies in London Stock Exchange, AIM and other markets
2) Banks and financial institutions
Decision makers in those companies are usually compliance officers, lawyers, IR managers and CFO-s.

CSA Partners is looking for partners to enter the UK market:

1) IT and Consulting companies (IT and security consultants, compliance & financial software providers, system integrators, specialized software providers) who would like to widen their product portfolio and become our solution re-sellers

2) Professional advisers (financial advisers, lawyers, auditors, etc) who must make sure their clients comply with all required laws and stock exchange rules. Its in the interest of advisers to point out potential risks for their clients and find suitable solutions to solve them. The role of adviser is to build awareness and suggest solutions for mitigating the risks.
