IDEAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A START UP

I am quite curious to know the general preferences of entrepreneurs when it come to a self funded start up. What would be an average team size and how much work space is the bare minimum requirement?

Thanks for the reply Yuvaraj. I think my questins were not very clear. The reason i wanted to know the average size of a start up is that, i am looking to setup a minimal cost incubation center and wanted to know the approx. avg team size, so that i can do a feasibllity study and see if it makes sense financially. I believe that most startups dont have enough seed capital to pay huge sums for the infrastructure and hence wanted to see if i can do something about it. Please feel free to comment.
