Opening a Starbucks in Monte-Carlo

Hello everyone, i have been living in Monte Carlo for 6 years now and have grown up here, without very many places to "hang out" with my friends, and i think it would be a very good idea to invest in a starbucks and give everyone somewhere to go and socialise.
Please let me know your thoughs.
