We have a OpenCoffee Club going in Rochester, NY. The web site is at http://www.rochestercoffeeclub.com/blog/ and we were introduced to the idea through Jason Mendelson over at Foundry.
Love the idea! My partners and I are starting a business networking, and job posting/sourcing site with a twist.
If possible, we would really appreciate having a chat with you.
We are also searching for funding, and after a lot of research came across your profile and we feel your experience could be of great use.
Having been helping out Imran with OpenCoffee Leeds and bumping into people from my home town I'm now setting up the OpenCoffee Huddersfield chapter starting mid July.

I am writing as I have an exciting and unique equity opportunity which could be of interest to you.
•The opportunity provides exposure to a business model which has been designed to enable growth internationally and into other sectors.
•Market research indicates that currently there are no other companies providing this service.
•An initial capital injection of £1,250,000 will secure the investment with a guarantee of £704,000.
•Over a 4 year period it is estimated the value of the investment with a 25% shareholding will be worth £36,300,000 which equates to an IRR of 131% and a cash return of £41,900,000 (gross capital and income on a conservative basis).
•We are aiming for the company to be the number 1 globally recognised brand for the service.
If this investment sounds like it would be of interest, we would be delighted to provide a copy of the business plan.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Victoria Pearson

Hello Saul,
I saw your message about seedcamp application today.
The thing is that we are developing web2.0 real estate startup, but we still are in a doubt whether to apply to the competition or not.
We are from Ukraine and it will cost for us a lot: a flight and other expanses, so we maybe invest them to our product developing.
What would you suggest?
