Journos and Open Coffee
OK. I haven't been to an Open Coffee event yet. Though I've been following people's posts with interest.
What's that about?
I'm a journo. And that made me a little anxious about the first couple of meetings because:
(a) If you guys need to get down to business, then I might not be so welcome.
(b) You might feel anxious about saying anything to me anyway, for fear it will end up being publicised when you don't want it to be.
However, I'd just like to make a little promise. I'll respect "off-the-record" conversations. In fact, I'll assume stuff is off the record unless you tell me otherwise. NMK's job is to work with this community (and others) and I just want to get out there and hear about what you think I should be writing about!
