Looking for Co founders & Funding

Looking for co founders for a net based service to solve the Namespace problem now accepted by protocols experts because of address shortage. I have had the Demo developed and am looking for like minded people who can work to gather to make it possible. This will be a disruptive service as it will take on Verisign the owners of '.com' generic Top Level Domain.
