Share 'Tips on starting / jump-starting a group'

G'day, Just discovered OpenCoffee club (today) and I'm keen to invigorate the group in Edinburgh. There's 7 members right now (8 now that I've joined) and I'm unsure what type of meetings (if any) are going on. I'd welcome any suggestions on how to inject some life into the group.
