What i suppose to do to start an open coffee club in my area?

Hi all, 

 

I would like to start an Open Coffee Club in my area ...but not sure if i follow the principe of Open Coffee...

For now i promote the idea and i could start with a small group of 8 persons...Now can you tell me if the process below is correct:

 

1) set a venue - a nice coffee and set up a time & date - of course things could change

2) it suppose to be informal - however i guess i will need to introduce each persons and explain the principle - at least for the first - yes or no?

3) How i suppose to manage the meeting ? especially the first one to stay informal,friendly but efficient...

4) How long time i should plan for a meeting?
