Looking for a Website Designer

Hi,

We are a small firm based out of Bangalore, India. Currently we have our company's website on Google-Apps, and now we wish to move it to more interactive and feature rich mode, we have idea in mind in terms of how it should look like, style sheet, kind of content, number of pages, etc, etc.

What we need is someone who is familiar with coding and can create the website using his technical expertise.

It will be preferable if this can be done on Google apps, but we are willing to invest in buying our own space, if required.
