Trademark legal advice
Hi all
I have a very good friend who is in need of some legal advice re UK trademarks. His startup business is getting a bit bullied by a big firm which is accusing his of infringement and passing off - in my opinion they're using the legal position to keep down the more agile start-up competition, but then I guess thats to be expected.
