My online directory of professional services providers went online November 06 and as a new business which is quality driven (service providers - lawyers to life coaches - are vetted prior to entry on the site and numbers are limited) I am interested in using online social networking to build confidence in the brand.
In what ways have other business owners/marketeers used SNO in a responsible and genuine way (as opposed to just another form of advertising) that they can share with me?
