Seeking a solid PHP Developer and a Co-founder

I am embarking upon a new project which has a innovative take on Blogging. I am searching for a fellow entrepreneur cum developer who can share and contribute to my vision and together take the venture forward. The only 2 required skills are PHP and passion for starting up on own. This venture is aimed at market in India.

Since I am searching for a co-founder rather than just a developer there is no pay. Only stake in the company.
